The Paleo Gym in Uckfield is reintroducing popular FitClub classes to its timetable in September.
The classes, which will be held at the gym in the grounds of Crockstead Farm Hotel, are designed to be friendly and sociable. They are an hour long and start with a warm up and some active stretches to get muscles and joints moving.
This is followed by a constantly varied number and type of bodyweight workouts to ensure you get a full body workout each session.
You will be thoroughly coached through every movement to ensure safety, efficiency and progression.
FitClub uses mainly bodyweight movements and occasionally light weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells.
The focus is on teaching beautiful movement, strengthening your core and toning muscles.
The gym uses the same focused coaching methods as in its CrossFit classes but the movements are less technical.
There are three ways to pay. A six-week block costs £130 enabling up to three sessions a week for six weeks. A ten-session card is £60, and monthly membership is £60 allowing up to three sessions a week.
To sign up visit the Teamup site where you can log your details, complete a health questionnaire, and book on to the classes.
FitClub classes run three times a week, every week, in six week blocks of focus.
They will be held on Mondays, 7.30-8.30pm; Wednesdays, 11.30am-12.30pm; and Saturdays, 8.30-9.30am.
The next six week block starts on Monday, September 4.
