Fitness specialist Emma Naylor is celebrating the launch of personal training sessions at Uckfield Leisure Centre with special discounts for those signing up in December and January.
The individual sessions will begin in December and the special rate is £140 for four weeks instead of the usual £180.
The fee will include a one-hour personal training session with Emma each week, unlimited classes run by her which are listed below, a health MOT, and additional optional workouts for home.
Emma says personal training sessions are great for people who have difficulty motivating themselves to exercise.
She adds: “If you find it hard to get yourself into the gym, or exercise at all, then a personal trainer is more likely to be able to get you to be able to stick to it.
“Sessions can be tailored to you, to work on specific areas and set goals, and adjusted according to your specfic programme.
“They are good for the mind as well as general fitness and you will find daily tasks become easier. Once you start training, you will begin to feel better about yourself and begin to notice changes in your fitness levels.”
