Back On Track Clinic
Visit a centre of well-being
Chiropractor Charlotte Peatfield has built a centre of wellbeing in Uckfield, East Sussex, designed to treat and care for people and teach them how to look after their health.
Her Back on Track Clinic is the first port of call for anybody feeling restricted by injury, illness and pain and a range of skilled therapists are available to help.
As a chiropractor Charlotte can use x-rays to help diagnose problems and she works on the joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves of the body, particularly the spine.
Charlotte said: "I treat all ages, from four-day-old babies to 96-year-old people. If the problem is musculoskeletal I can normally help people to feel better. If it isn't then I can refer them to a doctor."
She is pictured here, centre, with massage therapist Teresa Stringer and pilates teacher Tansy Blaik-Kelly who work with her at the Back on Track Clinic. Actupuncturist Roy Haitzin works there too.

Charlotte said: "If somebody comes in with a bad back and I feel that person also needs work on their core muscles and that massage would be of benefit then we can offer the whole treatment.
"Accupuncture works very well on energy levels making you feel better from within and also complements massage and pilates.
"We are all very good at our individual jobs so make a strong team. We look after each others' clients very well."
Charlotte said the aim of the Back on Track Clinic is to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and offer treatment tailored to suit the individual's needs. Free parking is available.
The clinic is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and some late evenings.
Special offer for expectant mums: The Back on Track Clinic is offering a half price initial consultation, with Charlotte, for expectant mums to have a spinal check before and post birth to include advice on re-building muscle strength.
