Manor Gardens Care Home
24-hour nursing offered in light and airy environment
Manor Gardens is a modern, purpose built, care home in the grounds of a former manor house between Uckfield and Crowborough.
Huge picture windows make the building light and airy with views over the surrounding countryside.
The gardens are landscaped with woodland walks just a step away.
The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission and first class professional care, tailored to the needs of each resident, is available 24 hours a day.
Comfort is a priority along with good food. An extensive daily menu focuses on fresh, locally sourced produce.
Bedrooms are large with TV, telephone and internet access and each has an en suite wet room.
All the services residents might need day to day are on site and range from a hairdressing salon and shop to a home cinema.
Here are some pictures in the gallery on the Manor Gardens website.
Manor Gardens is run by business partners Joanne Ellison and Kevin Powell who also designed and built the care home. They are in our photograph with home manager Alison Barnes, centre.
Joanne said: “We loved the location as soon as we saw it and knew we would be able to create a nursing home that was very bright, spacious and with lots of glass to enable the surrounding area to come in.”
