Personal trainer Emma Naylor runs Zumba, Insanity and Bootcamp sessions at venues in and around Uckfield. Her aim is to help you find out how to work out without a gym, have fun, get motivated, and how to eat your way into a healthy lifestyle.
Join Judith for Pilates classes each Tuesday from 12.30pm to 1.15pm at Element Health and Well-Being premises in Uckfield High Street. You’ll find a maximum of 12 people taking part but usually an average of six.

Equipment at The Iron House has been specifically designed and manufactured for the gym which caters for serious weight lifters wanting to do free weights as well as people just wanting to do a basic gym workout. Registration is free of charge and sessions are designed to be affordable. If people want to go along just once a week they can do that for £4 a session. Other packages are for £35 a month or £375 for a year.
Mixed ability drop in yoga classes for all ages and stages are held mornings and evenings at different venues in Uckfield and on Thursdays in Isfield Village Hall from 6-7pm.
