Two visitor attractions are looking for a charity which could benefit from an open day they are planning in May.
They are woodland and tree top destination, Branching Out Adventures, and Embers Camping, both at Bentley Country Park, near Uckfield.
The open day on May 13, will include admission to both attractions and activities will include high ropes, low ropes, giant swing, zip wire and the new Bounce About attraction at Branching Out Adventures.
The Embers Campsite offers entrance to its site, with interactive displays on campfire cooking, pizza making, face-painting and bushcraft.
Mark Oakden of Branching Out Adventures said: “We feel very strongly that it is important to give back to our community. This is a wonderful opportunity for members of the public to support a local charity while enjoying a fabulous day out at two of Sussex’s great attractions.
“We are confident that this partnership will generate huge benefits for the chosen charity and that all visitors will have a wonderful day.”
Charities interested in being chosen as the benefactor of the Branching Out and Embers Camping Open Day are asked to send a brief email to: firstname.lastname@example.org by April 13, 2018, outlining why their organisation merits being the chosen charity.
Murray McPherson of Embers camping said: “It’s great we can collaborate with our neighbours for a good cause. Please spread the word so we can give as many charities as possible the chance to be our partner for the day.”
