The former Dawson Hart premises described as Sacred Cellar in an alcohol licence application.

Alcohol licence application submitted for former Uckfield solicitor’s office

An application for a licence to sell or supply alcohol at the premises formerly occupied by Dawson Hart solicitors at 103 High Street, Uckfield, is before Wealden Council.

The name given for the property is Sacred Cellar.

Very little information is given about the application on the council website.

It says only that the licensing hours requested are Sunday, 11am to 2pm, Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 8pm.

• Noble Wines, off-licence and wine merchants, who used to have premises in the centre of Uckfield, moved on Monday to a shop at 140 High Street, opposite and not far from 103 High Street.
